Caregiving, however, is a demanding job, and taking a break can be a positive step for both the caregiver and his or her loved one. Vassar-Warner Home for the Day offers caregivers an opportunity to travel, or simply take a break to relieve stress, restore energy and promote balance in their lives.

We create tailored care plans to meet not only individual needs but preferences. With home health aides and personal care assistants on site, we support seniors every day – wherever they are in their journey.

Engaging Activities

We offer social, recreational and cognitive activities to keep seniors’ bodies and brains active. From bingo and chair yoga to painting and knitting, we have  activities to fit everyone’s wants and needs.

Nutritious Meals

We serve a delicious, well-balanced hot lunch and morning and afternoon snacks each day.
