 After your initial consultation, schedule a personalized on-site tour and interview at Vassar-Warner Home. You’ll meet with our experienced case manager or executive director to discuss care needs and explore our adult day care and respite programs.

If the Vassar-Warner Home team determines our senior care services and community are the right fit after your visit, our case manager will guide you step-by-step through the admissions process. Our caring staff understands how important this decision is, and we are committed to supporting you and your loved ones every step of the way.
