Many members of our team have been dedicated to Vassar-Warner Home for years —10 years, 20 years, even 30 years of service! When asked what they like about their jobs, invariably they speak about how much they enjoy the residents and treasure the opportunity to serve them. Staff members are thoroughly screened and trained, and above all else, they are professional. They also take pleasure in learning about and spending time with the residents. At Vassar-Warner Home, professionalism and informality mix in comfortable balance.

Ericka Von Salews, Executive Director Ericka joined Vassar-Warner Home in January 2016, bringing a strong management and human services background, as well as not-for-profit experience, to head the management team.  Ericka remembers attending a meeting years prior at Vassar-Warner Home and knew one day she wanted to be a part of such a special place.

Administration Vassar-Warner Home’s administrative team provides a first contact for prospective residents and their families.
